Pass protection.

Protect your Unirider For only £5 per term.

If you select to purchase the Unirider with pass protection included and after it has been recieved it is lost or stolen we will replace it free of charge*. All you need to do is inform the police and obtain a lost property or crime reference number. Send your details with the number to Supertram at enquiries@supertram.com We will then authorise the Unirider to be reprinted**.

* up to a maximum of 2 tickets per term

** Any claim found to be fraudulent  will not be reprinted and may result in prosecution.

Uniriders without pass protection

Stagecoach Supertram accepts no responsibility for unprotected lost or stolen Unirider tickets and their safekeeping.

Please inform Supertram if a Unirider is lost or stolen at enquiries@Supertram.com

Stating the lost property or crime reference number issued by the police. Each case will be considered separately and a Unirider may be reprinted with an administration charge of  £10.
