This site contains copyright and trademark material belonging to Stagecoach UK Bus and its wholly owned subsidiary companies. You have authority to use the site only as is reasonably required for your own use in connection with the online purchasing of tickets.

The products and prices detailed within this site are for a selected ticket range only. Full details for each product are included in the terms and conditions of sale for each individual company.
Your enquiry provides us with only limited information and therefore no guarantee can be given that the ticket sold by this site is the most suitable for your purposes. Please note that alternative ticket types and fares to those sold via this site will be available through our normal sales outlets and on vehicle as appropriate. Stagecoach UK Bus reserve the right to remove customers from its online sales environment.
Despatch/Receipt of Tickets
Standard delivery (by first class post in the UK and airmail overseas) is free of charge.
We will endeavour to post your tickets to you within three working days of receipt of your order after which timescales cannot be guaranteed. UK 1st class standard should arrive next working day although Stagecoach Supertram will accept no responsibility for lost or delayed Uniriders (for recorded delivery please select at time of purchase). For overseas deliveries, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
On receipt of your tickets please ensure that all details are correct. Stagecoach UK Bus make every effort to ensure we handle your request effectively and efficiently, however should your ticket details be incorrect in any way, then please contact us at enquiries@supertram.com
Security of your payment
We have taken many steps to ensure the security of your payment transaction, including adopting appropriate Industry Standards. In addition Stagecoach use WorldPay, a reputable payment processing provider and wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered upon written request and surrender of the Unirider ticket. These will be paid pro-rata to the cost of the original purchase against number of days of validity left on the ticket at the date the ticket is surrendered less an administration fee of £5.

Stagecoach UK Bus takes your privacy very seriously. We only collect information we need to provide the service you've requested. It is not our policy to provide any other organisation with your details or information provided to us via our website, unless required by law and we will never provide your e-mail address to anyone and only hold e-mail addresses for specific reasons.
Stagecoach use your email address to provide you with information about promotions and services we think may be of interest to you, however you can choose not to receive such notices.

Use of Unirider
STUDENTS WISHING TO PURCHASE A UNIRIDER TICKET MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CARDS. BLUE UNIVERSITY OF SHEFFIELD U-CARD OR SHEFFIELD HALLAM UNIVERSITY SHU CARD. THE CARD MUST BE VALID AND BEAR A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE HOLDER.
WHEN USING THE TRAM THE CARD MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE CONDUCTOR WITH THE UNIRIDER TICKET. BOTH TICKET AND CARD MUST DISPLAY THE SAME NAME.
